c. Updated Ear, Eye and Dental Form #3300 (4 yrs. and older)

Placement:
Class placements for Preschool and Elementary students are made based on the child’s age as of September 1st. This is the cut off date observed by most public school systems in the state of Georgia. Exceptions for placement will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
